We now know for sure they had no term sheet, or other documented material commitment, for financing or buyout, as of mid-March. :-(
Anyway, my guess is that any formal deal will be dependent on the north shore terminal approval.
We are expecting that a positive announcement on that front will drive the stock in the right direction, reaching a sustainable new price plateau.
