The plan is to drill a few holes with the money from the warrants. The goal is to drill where it will have a big effect on the stock price (hopefully!) so that the next financing is quickly filled at much higher prices.  One thing that we know is that Farshad truely cares about shareholder value and being non-dilutive as much as possible and we have seen this in the last 2 drill phases.  As the biggest shareholder, he has the most to gain/loss.  Also, if he was greedy he would have done bigger PPs to fill up his account with .05 and .10 warrants instead of smaller ones and getting a short tern loan.    Instead of using the money from the warrants he could have done another PP for the warrants (sell shares for shares in the PP and get a free warrant).
