RE:RE:RE:News.....Closed First Tranche of Private PlacementLife- for the record, I have NEVER spoken to Farshad and probably never will except to personally thank him for giving me financial freedom and an early retirement as a result of his hard work, commitment and dedication! I learned a long time ago to not get too close to CEOs due to a few bad experiences with a few unprofessional CEOs. This lead me to group them into the same category as used car salesmans (sorry if there are used car salesmans reading this.....I usually never have good experiences with car salesmans) which will tell you anything to get you to buy the car but in this case its their stock! There are many honest CEOs that are extremely professional and so far Farshad seems to be the best one out there from my experience investing solely in this sector since 1997. I have many sources that remain in contact regularly with him as part of their DD which I am privy to. This way its easier for me to reamin at arms length while remaining unbiased and not "falling in love with the stock." Some of these sources have funded the company and own over 4 million+ shares. They are not privy to inside information but they remain very informed on their investments! I have a source that works in the mining sector that has many close geologist friends which worked on one of the biggest porphyry deposits in the world (they have a lot of experience and all on copper/gold porphyrys). He regularly sends them the background info, drill results, ect for companies we invest in to get their unbiased opinions to further reduce our risk involved in these plays before committing a lot of money into them. I am privy to their comments/opinions and I can tell you that some of these geos bought shares of DBV. One even opened an account in Canada so that they could buy it as their account didn't give them access to TSX-V stocks.
This sector is all about finding the right management, in the right region with the right property while continuously doing DD on the company to reassess if anything has changed in terms of potential. Once one find the winning combination then its about leveraging one's bet to reap the rewards. When my DD is telling me to go all eggs in one basket I have done so. I went all eggs in one basket a long time ago in DBV and still continue to average up.....bought some more about 2 weeks ago at .13/.135. Then one needs to be patient and let the company execute their plan.....
