RE:RE:RE:RE:opinionKenmoor, thanks for the encouragement regarding my comments. I am pretty sure I understand the value of HAT, I have owned this stock since its inceptiion. There are two reasons I remain a shareholder, 1) the HAT property and 2) Farshad. Farshad is a tenacious negotiator (sometimes to his benefit and sometimes to his negative) and I give him 100% credit as one of the very, very few public company CEO's of a junior resource companies who hasn't consolidated the stock to his benefit (he could do this since he owns a huge position, thus he would be the one left standing with a significant position). He has also put a lot of skin in the game, which again few do as they just put their hands out for free stock and then consolidate after they have had their fun. Sure, my comment are a bit negative, but that is what happens when one plays this game for over 45 years, seen everything, there are criminals everywhere, there are scams, people loose a lot of money on promotions to the people who run these companies. I realize my comments aren't supporting you hopes of making money in this play, you want it to be positive, everyone to be positive so that everyone doesn't sell and supports the play. I have never met or talked to Farshad, but from what people have said (true or not that is for you to decide), negotiations for a JV partner have not always turned out positive. Now that may be because the partner is the wrong partner. Well, we are at the door with a huge resource so where are the JV partners, you would think they would be competing and beating down the door to own this advanced property. So, I will wait, I will continue to play as required, and eventually I will make money. The juniors can be a very humbling experience, I hope all is well with you and your investments. Are we going to be trading on Monday or is this going to extend for a while to spread the news, attract a JV partner, start to drill, etc.... I hope this works out for everyone.
