It is obvious to all who do DD including management what value the market is putting on "American Creek Res., Tudor Gold and Teuton Res." with their similar property not too far from HAT. Do your own DD and I'm sure management has. I am not kidding when I say DBG should be trading at $1 before a PP with no warrants.
