observation and opinion

Just my guess, but watching the DBG market leads me to think the following.

1. A PP price has been set at around 0.27

2. Shareholders in the know with cheap warrants can now sell shares at a profit (some warrants as cheap as 0.05) and exercise their warrants to replace sold shares.Company gets more cash, more dilution, volume increases and share price gets pressured down for now

3. Once PP is made "public" ha, ha, then we may get a boost in share price and volume depending on PP participant

Just a guess
