Good Morning Stella and Julieanne,
Despite the fact that my legal action against DCOP had been moved from Provincial Court to BC Supreme Court quite some time ago, at least a month ago, DCOP has yet to make a single news release regarding being sued by me...not one iota of disclosure to its shareholders and potential investors.
They have made various other news releases, but appear to be hiding their legal troubles. They even wiped clean v recently the Stockhouse Bullboard of all past posts...all of them, not only mine, wiped clean of all posts whatsoever. That's very telling don't you think? Is this the kind of Company that you want on your Exchange?
My lawyer is John Drayton, Gibraltar Law Group, Kamloops, BC at 250 374-3737. You may call him to confirm that this lawsuit is active, that DCOP failed in its attempt to get it dismissed in Provincial Court, and that it is now a Supreme Court of BC matter.
Isn't it about time to protect the Public against this longtime ongoing deceptive behavior by de-listing this Company?
