Looks like someone has been accumlating v.DCYduring the month of Sept and Sept isn't over yet. Movement started happening @ the beginning of Sept and it has crept up ever so slightly. I think there is something here. Who knows? Will be eyein this one in the days ahead. For .015, really, you can't lose. Put in a bid of 100 000 @ .01 and it just may get filled. At least then, I'm in the ball game!
