Going Down

Private Placement on its way? Sure feels like it.

Doesn't have to be a PP for the sp to go down.  DDN has nothing and is doing nothing.  Why would the sp go up or even stay at the present level?   Sorry, just venting, but I shouldn't have expected anything else with a tsx-V stock.  Don't buy them anymore and will dump this one if the price ever gets back in the .20's.

It's trading like it's going to do a pp. Call it intuition. Probably a flow through @ 15 cents with warrants.

Something is wrong with DDN and UNR. Both going down.

GEEZ! What's new??????

UNR is not trading with volume. DDN is. Makes the activity at DDN much more significant. Could be good or bad. It would be nice to know who is doing the buying.

Thanks for the info. I have no great level of insight into this biz. I've held DDN since 08. I am inclined to think that if TD is doing the buying then It's not likely that something catastrophic is impending. I'm gonna cling to that notion for now anyways.  :)

My take on this when ever I see institutions buying is that it is no big deal.  They are just buying for the smaller investors they broker for, especially in the small trade volumes. I dont think they all come from same buyer.
