Well, I think you have to ask yourself who is more credible....An anonymous poster by the name of HornbyBay on Stockhouse or Ed Kruchowski who's been involved in the mining industry for over 30 years.
I was told that the Corporate Lawyer for Decade Resources is Dumoulin Black LLP, a reputable and established Howe Street Law firm that specializes in Securities law. One would expect that if thats the case they would know what practices are deemed legal and acceptable to the various securities exchanges and that they would be consulted and involved in any material moves the company and directors choose to make involving Decade.
I will also add that I think HornbyBay is possibly exposing himself to potential litigatiion himself with some of the suggestions and inuendos that he is posting on Stockhouse which could be deemed to be defamatory to Mr. Kruchowski's reputation.
