Decade Resources Ltd.: 24.7 MetresGrading 20.87 Grams Per Tonne Gold Intersected in DDH-MON-2009-6

DecadeResources Ltd. ("Decade" or the "Company") (TSXVENTURE:DEC) reports that diamond drilling continues to intersect wide zones ofgold mineralization in an extension to the bonanza gold bearing Montrose zoneat its Red Cliff project in Northwestern British Columbia. Locally fine visiblegold is associated with a stockwork of quartz-chalcopyrite-pyrite stringersoccurring along a 30 metre wide shear zone. Strong disseminated and fracturefilled pyrite mineralization as well as galena-sphalerite-visible gold form anenvelope to the above stockwork mineralization. The only surface exposures ofthe Montrose Zone occurring along the canyon walls of Lydden Creek are up to 30metres wide.

To date, eleven (11) diamond drill holes have been completed on the Montrose zone withinthe Waterloo Crown Granted claim on the north side of Lydden Creek. Decade haspreviously released gold assay results for DDH-Mon-2009-1 to DDH-Mon-2009-4,drilled 500 metres north of the Montrose exposure in canyon walls.DDH-Mon-2009-5 and DDH-Mon-2009-6 were drilled 30 metres south of the first padto test for depth and southern extensions of mineralization intersected nearthe top of the first 4 holes. Gold assay results for DDH-2009-MON-5 and 6 areas follows:

The truewidth of the Montrose zone appears to be 30 metres, similar to that exposed inLydden Creek.

The drillhas been moved from the north side of Lydden Creek to test approximately 700metres south of DDH-Mon-2009-1 to DDH-Mon-2009-10 on the Little Pat Fractionwhile the company applies for permits to construct further roads and drill padsnorth of the above holes. During the move, the Company collared DDH-Mon-2009-11approximately 150 metres east and 100 metres below discovery holeDDH-Mon-2009-1 to test for the Montrose zone at depth. The hole intersected aquartz-chalcopyrite-pyrite stockwork approximately 200 meters below surface and150 metres below the Montrose zone intersected in DDH-Mon-2009-1 toDDH-Mon-2009-4. The Montrose zone in DDH-Mon-2009-11 consists ofchlorite-sericite altered rocks containing a quartz-sulphide stockwork that wasintersected over a width of 20 metres. The mineralization encountered issimilar to that in DDH-Mon-2009-1 to DDH-Mon-2009-6 with visible gold notedwithin the sulphide stockwork.

In addition, the Company plans to drill for depth extension to the Montrose zone using drillplatforms in the Lydden Creek valley bottom. The valley bottom elevation is 300metres lower than the average elevation of the DDH-Mon-2009-1 toDDH-Mon-2009-10 drill collars. The intent of these next few drill holes is totest for gold tenor across the entire zone in the area of the past miningactivity and to test 300 metres below creek bottom which would extend themineralized zone to a depth of 600 meters. In the area of historic miningactivities, the Montrose zone has been mapped as a 30 metre wide northerlytrending mineralized stockwork with a steep dip to the east. Except for thecreek bottom pads, the company will use the presently available roads for drillpads in order to provide data on possible dimensions of the Montrose zone, bothlaterally and vertically.

It should benoted that the Company has received many calls regarding mineralizationobserved in DDH-2009-9 particularly a silicified and pyritized intrusive. Thismineralized section which is west of and at depth below DDH-Mon-2009-1 toDDH-Mon-2009-4 does not appear to be related to the Montrose zone and is likelya different mineralizing event. Recent surface work has indicated that themineralization is similar to outcropping identified to the southwest ofDDH-Mon-2009-9 and DDH-Mon-2009-10 along Lydden Creek. At present, the Companyhas not logged, processed or shipped for assay any core since DDH-Mon-2009-6while it worked to clear up outstanding corporate issues. All drill core isstored in the Company's facilities in Stewart and field geologists andexploration crews have begun dealing with this backlog.

EdKruchkowski, P. Geo., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, isin charge of the exploration program on behalf of the company. All samples areassayed by Assayers Canada of Vancouver, BC. The assay lab crushes andpulverizes the core samples and assay for gold using fire assaying. The goldcontent is then determined by Atomic Absorption. Silver, Copper, Lead and Zincare digested in an aqua regia solution and content determined by AtomicAbsorption.

DecadeResources Ltd is a Canadian based mineral exploration company actively engagedin the resource business. The Company holds an option to earn a 60% interest inthe Red Cliff property in Northwest British Columbia. More recently, it hassecured a second option to earn an additional 20% in the project, subject tothe approval of disinterested shareholders of the optionor, Mountain BoyMinerals Ltd., and by making certain cash and share payments and incurring explorationexpenditures. In addition, Decade holds an option to earn a 100% interest inthe Silver Crown 6 claim, adjoining the Red Cliff property to the north.
