i believe roughly 11 to 13 million shares trade at .20 plus.
Go look at the chart from early Aug when DEC shot up.
2 days after the so called "major discovery" it traded roughly 9 million shares all above .205 and the day before that likely another 3 or 4 million above the .20 range as it traded over 13M shares that day.
I wouldn"t say that's not many....?
