I wouldn't call myself a basher -- I'm merely pointing out facts. Look at the history -- that's called "due diligence". I don't think anything I've said is untrue. I can't truly speak to the company's motivations, but as others have pointed out, the facts, and the history, do seem to point in a particular direction...
