Kash Out

Kash OutThis disclosure smells.  Buying 1,000 rigs for shares from "a company" not to be named....  Hmmm.  Slippery not to be fully transparent about who's selling and that it was a fully negotaated, arms-length transaction - smacks of "friends and family".   Also the transaction deserves a clear explanation as to the change in direction from the compelling ROI of buying with cash.  Someone should push the regulators into action to force expanded, detailed disclosure.
