They would pay Durango in cash for the property. The market would react as it does - likely moving to around, or slightly higher, than the cash value. Aftwer that, who knows.

Everyone will give you a different answer to the realisitc price - I myslef think it's $10-15 million. I just can't see Osisko letting someone grab this from under their nose for less than $10 million.
