Skin in the game
I have a small position in DGO. Fortunately I did not bet the grocery money on this company.
There is something I may be missing, but maybe somebody can help me understand. The information I have tells me that Marcy has direct or indirect ownership/control over about 5 million shares. Her husband (no longer considered an insider) has another 3.25. If these figures are not accurate, please let me know.
If the yare correct, it seems that they have a great deal to loose as the SP finds new lows. As my position contracts with new lows in the SP, they are loosing too.

My screen is telling me insider ownership is 15.385994%, on 76.705.500 shares so....11.801.904 shares by insiders (ie. all insiders) but yes, skin in the game...yup, they got that

WTF is going on with the results from the samples. Is it not illegal to hold back these results. This is becoming concerning to say the least. I think I will check with the securities commission to see what is going on here. I smell a scam and hope I am not right
