yuppers done deal.... hopefully we see some nice followup nrs.... tough environment we are in but in spite of the market being pounded it seems we have flattened out at least..

It will be interesting to see how this amalgramation effects the bottom line.. EL was doing aprox 3mill per year in revenue and the prior losses i suspect will be reduced significantly by the synergy of the current administration thus reducing the overall loss significantly.. this is all part of building a company that has a vision for growth.. to what degree this synergy works I wish I knew more.
