Bit Shady?

Been watching this fall from its high of .58 last week with relentless selling and zero recovery after two decent news releases...I've heard of "buy on hype and sell on news" but this is beyond that IMO.

I have done some DD since last week and those .06 cent warrants are not enough to cause this landslide so what am I missing here? They had a plan a year ago and have made the right moves to achieve it, lowering debt with recent sale, huge potential in Asia?

Anyways I'm a new shareholder here and wondering if this is a legit company seems so but what gives on the big short last few days? No recovery at all? Imo

Let me sum it up for you.... CPG products that don't sell well in North America.... Signed a deal with an Asian distributor which doesn't guarantee anything. If it doesn't sell here, why would it sell there? Zero marketing to support either brand Losing distribution - Metro Ontario is delisting Not in the cannabis space anymore Losing money selling off assets to stay afloat lousy ...more

Unfortunately, it's just a garbage company. It was run to the ground by the old CEO Grant Froese and his partner in crime Andrew COO-Kain. They blew millions of dollars, spent money on uncompleted facilities and copied the rest of the industry competitors (versus of doing anything unique). One of the many cannabis casualties!

Very true....Grant is an idiot. He's Mr. Metrosexual...he was at Loblaws for years and made his career being a cog in a big wheel. He's not highly thought of in the industry and was a terrible hire. He is beyond full of himself and has now failed at his last 2 positions....

I don t own hvt shares at least till the next ER. If they make 4 to 5 millions on dream water alone in North America i don t see why they can t pull that of in asia amd Middle East. Eventually tjey ll be i Europe too. I can see them do around 20 mil a year with dream water and livrelief combined with in a year. They are still waiting to diatribute livrelief through rest of the Canada and don t ...more

They don't make 4 to 5 million...they sell 4 - 5 million. They have been around for 8 years and have captured next to zero market share in the sleep category. This is a multi billion dollar catagory and they sell 5 million?? Why would other countires be interested in giving up shelf space when they have demonstrated next to zero success in the US market? Getting new point sof distribution ...more

All good info...thanks I shouldn't have jumped in so quickly I think. Though it would have a bit of a rebound coming down from .58 last week so I'm in at .25 and .19 instantly down a few thousand! Yep got caught! Loosing over $1000 every penny it drops now and should probably just take the loss but I'm hoping for at least a bit of a rebound to mid 20's again? Then... make better ...more
