Where are the shares?

Where are the shares? Well, yes there has been a dilution factor as of late.  But it is important to note that the recent shares put to the market were pretty much all directed to an entity that is considered to be an insider.  That insider now holds 50+ % of DIB and when all warrants are considered, the percentage is over 60.  Excessive shares are not so bad when they are held within what could be seen as strong hands (at least for now).  So if the claim is that dilution is keeping the share price down, why has the share price gone up since the placement?  Seems to me that having our main backer show confidence by purchasing more of the company, the market has come a little more onside with what is being and what is yet to be accomplished.  Further more, I am taking it as a positive that Arias Resource Capital Fund has exercised warrants that it holds without showing any sale of the common shares it possesses on Canadian Insider reports, which by the way, they seem to be quick with the reporting of transactions.  Just my thought on that matter.  (By the way, sure looks good having the first dore bars being poured, financials will be getting another boost).
