Can't believe my eyes

Can't believe my eyesJust looked at my portfolio today and was shocked to see the move by DIB to $2.71 -- I must admit I don't quite follow the news release from today. Seems way too good to be true -- I have never seen a share consolidation like this before. Anyone out there able to explain this one? Much appreciated!
