It is not instantaneous. Which means a financing will be needed. to fund CEOs expansion plans.

Shaleplayer : 45 days to receive revenue ? Where did u get that from ? Is that rhe oil buyers standard payment terms ?

First of all DKL have zero contracts in place to deliver and sell oil which is what they are working out. Usually when oil reaches the terminal they may have up to say 45 days to pay for it. For example DKL had used consumeables They may have 30 days to pay suppliers to build Oza 1 or pay workers monthy or bi weekly. Just like you and I who may be allowed not to pay for 30 days ...more
