There is obviously a VERY significant issue here, and one that does not appear to be resolvable in short order. Time to start moving the oil through alternate means to this currently inaccessible pipeline.

Inaccesible pipeline ? This from DKL s NR September 30  The Oza Oil Field has significant export and production capacity through processing facilities and infrastructure already in place and operational, which is anticipated to allow for the immediate export and sale of crude oil from the Oza-1 well.

Nothing changed its called the "Nigerian F... Factor'' thats built into the price of doing business. Looks like both parties cant agree on the dollar amount. You also have the San Leon financing deal thats like 16 months old and still not completed.

It's still poor management these details should have been worked out prior to the well completion. I'm sure it's going to happen but is is corrupt Africa, it takes time and pay offs to many different groups.
