New insider buying.... WILLIAM FOOSE.......from Dec 9th to Jan 10 th....... 175000 shares purchased in the market for a cost of 129 k at a average share price of .74 cent..... The guy has 30 years of experience in Oil and Gas and now has big skin in the Decklar story....... I see big upside from the .65 cent share price
