The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the funds total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of the small-capitalization segment of the dividend-paying market in the industrialized world outside the U.S. and Canada. The fund is non-diversified.

Very nice watching them take turns today loading up ... once in a while I noticed GMP would disappear, but in their place was an anon iceberg buyer.

$.17 close and with these two houses clearning out the penny flippers this has the potential to move much higher in the coming days.
