The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the funds total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of the small-capitalization segment of the dividend-paying market in the industrialized world outside the U.S. and Canada. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:Dealnet Announces 35% Increase in First Quarter OriginationsIt's incredible that this level of optimism continues to prevail on this page.  We keep hearing growth in originations that never translates to profit.  Look at the notes in the financials and you will understand!  "Recieveables from Dealers" prior fiscal year, they were offset against Dealer Reserves.  This year they be paid through rental escalations.  That means two things, first, those Dealers don't have Reserves remaining - translate that to lossess, and second, future profits from escalations will be offset against those recievables.
