The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the funds total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of the small-capitalization segment of the dividend-paying market in the industrialized world outside the U.S. and Canada. The fund is non-diversified.

Where is everybody, and no interest in DealNet?

Since my last post here, it's over one week. If anyone buys share of DealNet at that time, you are rewarded now. As I said before, if the share price goes up, the dissident issue will go away because everyone cares about the share price and want their investment get rewarded. From the current market action, we should see more higher price in the coming weeks. GLTA
