Well, it may not be a truck load, but it's sure as sh!t not peanuts either.  That's about $20 000 worth of shares.  For the average retail investor that would be considered a substantial buy.  Would it not? Not sure what you're referencing with 66 million, as no one in management has discarded or dumped 66 million shares!  Can you not read the daily share volumes ...more

Maybe a reference to this 66.6M shares you think: "The purchase price was satisfied by the issuance of an aggregate of 66,666,667 common shares of the Company issued at a deemed price of $0.15 per share."

I know exactly what he's referring to, but that's not what he said.  He said, and I quote "66million dump by the DM management".   So either he/she can't effectively communicate with a grammatical correct sentence in reference to the $10 million dollar or 66 million share dilution for an acquisition or they can, but have chosen to purposely mislead investors and ...more

Heehaw, you may want to be a bit clearer in the language you use, a "66 million dump by DM management" sounds like insiders were unloading 66m shares, which is not the case. An acquisition, funded by 66m shares, is vastly different from mgmt selling 66m shares.
