DM investors will, hopefully, not be double-crossed and see its C-19 business migrate to 'Screen Pro', without us benefiting in any way (shares etc). Otherwise, there will be a lot of unhappy (pissed off) campers... Will give Marshall the benefit of the doubt, for the time being, but would be good to find out more during the webinar.

Hi Resilience, I was caught off guard here but this could infact explain why RYU has been sellling DM shares to raise capital for the new venture. The fact that so many DM executives, board mebers, involved in Screen Pro Security and the fact Mashall is an advisor to the board of this company suggests DM must be benefitting in some way. I would suspect that DM must have an equity stake or some

100% on that thought Resilience19.  In addition to Mike there are some pretty big shareholders here ( me included)  I can't see Marshal not including the loyal and it now makes me curious about the new heavyweight investor that RUI brought in.  JMHO
