Educate yourself

before you learn the hard way. https://cabotwealth.com/daily/stock-market/four-reasons-for-a-reverse-split/ too bad DM isn't considering this anytime soon. I hope they split before the end of Q4. At this pace it would be very positive to tighten up the share count.

Any examples of companies who's share prices gained after a reverse split?

Yeah. SONA. Lol. It was SPT before and was compressed 4 to 1

GPV recently did and ran hard into the news, from $1.50 to $4. Smart investors don't want a company with 300 million share outstanding.(unless there is a substantial value to the company), they want a good capital structure.

Gpv ran from .19 to over $4 then they did RS 7-1 with an SP of over $28 and now stand at $16, please get your facts straight.

Incorrect. Companies don't annouce a reverse split then do it the same day. As i said, they did the reverse at $4, the reverse split was announced when the stock was lower and it ran to $4. Get your facts straight on both what happened to GPV and how a reverse split works.

October 1/2020, At this time, we do not intend to consolidate the shares nor plan to. We are focused on growing all of the businesses within Datametrex. So what the hell@# has changed within the CO in the last 13 days other than some individuals fear mongering and wanting in on the cheap! The Co has informed shareholders of there intensions at this time so please STFU with the RS talk. GLTAL
