My own personal analysis of DM
Today I was ranting like all of you about the displeasure about DM's share price. On the bright side, it is my personal view that DM is a stock that you can hold at this level with very little risk because it actually has the fundamentals to support its market cap. It also has the strong potential upside in share price as so many things in the pipeline, just not as much in terms of volume and price action on a daily basis.
Here are my personal thoughts in short term on DM:
A) I think that DM will continue to annonce more AI contracts similar to what was announced earlier today.
B) I think the 40 million dollar co-bid with MDA will be announced early in the New Year once the government approves it.
C) I think NexaSmart will be a huge success for DM as it takes it original NexaSecurity to the next level in the AI field. If you go to Nexalogy.com and scroll through the information, it is my opinion that it offers valuable hints on NexaSmart. For example, Health Canada and Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) have used NexaIntelligence for their own purposes such as opiod crisis and other public health issues as well as innovation purposes (source Nexalogy.com) . I think there could be potential that these two government departments and other government departments to use NexaSmart. This will be huge not to mention that it would be beneficial to the large congolmerate corporations in the private sector.
D) Demand for Covid Test kits is increasing in my opinion based on various articles that have been shared in this forum and other forums. I think covid test kit sales will be ramped up in the new year despite news of the vaccines as testing will need to continue for at least a year to determine the efficacy of the vaccines and to help control the coronavirus. There was a hint in the news release that DM issued the other day clarifying the AC tweet in that DM's kits may be used in airports for travellers which may mean serving other airlines in addition to Air Canada. Again it's only my opinion. I also think and hope that DM will expand its test kits sales by announcing new contracts in the new year.
E) It's just a matter of time before DM trades on the OTCQB exchange and once it does i think this will be a game changer for DM's volume and share price on a daily basis. Again as mentioned in the Webinar and the Agoracom interview that all clearences and listing requirements have been met.
F) DM will hopefully hire a reputable IR/PR firm that will market DM to the world audience. We need a larger audience to view the DM show and story.
G) So many other things going on with DM's other projects such as N.A.T.O., 7-11, small project work that could expand to larger contracts, colloboration of AI space with other companies, etc, etc.
We all need patience with this DM but we will all be rewarded soon I hope.

Lots going on for sure... need that SP to start appreciating otherwise DM will be stagnant for a long time! That means more PR and marketing to get hype back... sometimes, great management and results mean nothing to investors.

Hi Oden6570- In answer to your question regarding RS, it was made clear at the AGM held on Oct 21/20 that management will not be pursuing a RS.
