Datametrex AI Ltd > Why buy a drone company????

Why buy a drone company????

Did anyone consider the scenario where DM is in the midst of securing or has secured a contract with a customer who is looking for additional services related to overhead drone technology in the oil and gas industry?

We've known since the fall 2020 that they've been targeting the energy sector in North America.

If you watch the Vimeo link another user posted earlier, you'll also see that Predictive was at a stand still with an inability to grow without a robust preditive AI platform to drive their data. Nexalogy isn't a one-trick pony, don't sell it short as a cyber-bullying ad hoc investigator.

Also, future revenue is just that, future revenue. And depending on payment terms (90 days or 120) for tests, we could just be on the cusp of significant cashflow, considering tests didn't ramp up until Q4, liquidity may have been needed in the short term to fascilitate the transaction.

My advice? Stop looking at the single tree in front of you and start focusing on the forest.

This sounds like a solution to a problem that either doesn't exist or ...more

Good point with the sensors @kumsalo. Here you find a company that does the leakage control, with sensors integrated in a gas pipeline: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbODzpjcdWw JMHO Torlif

And then there was this one but they could not make a go of it -- they are now getting into a lighting business: SENS Sensor Technologies Inc is a solutions provider to various sectors including the oil and gas industry. With nonintrusive technologies including fiber-optic sensors and electric field mapping EFM systems, the company is able to accurately measure changes that could negatively impact ...more
