Agreed with many of these prior comments.

Without tangible updates that tie these moves together, to any external potential investor (or current short-term investor) the only sentiment that seems to be a continuing trend is DILUTION. 2 months worth of share printing now and no formal communication on the strategic plan to grow the company. You're losing goodwill and patience. We aren't just a bank; we're your most important stakeholder.

On the venture market, there's too many examples of pump and dump, get-rich-quick companies that have been driven by selfish boards who roll over once they've cashed out. This is starting to get a bad reputation, and it's starting to spread (Bay street isn't deaf).

As one 7 figure investor to another, Marshall, please fill in the gaps here. There's so much potential; help us avoid the disaster that was 2017.
