... not a bad thing in my opinion... maybe Financials won't have to go to the 11th hour now for releasing... bring on new auditors who are efficient in getting stuff done!...

Agreed -- I recall hearing in a discord MG had an issue a year ago with their approach and he told them it couldn't continue that way -- then this year whatever that issue was happened again. Glad for a shift

I hope Q2 isn't delayed too much

According to a quick reading of the relevant OSC regs, interim fins don't have to be audited, so possibly no delay in q2 release if dm issues unaudited fins. OSC regs here: https://www.osc.ca/en/securities-law/instruments-rules-policies/5/51-102/unofficial-consolidation-national-instrument-51-102-continuous-disclosure-obligations#_Toc41842486

.... I'm good with unaudited Fins... how often do you see much of a difference?.... still like them to do the audit on Q2 though especially since there is a hand off to make sure previous audit was done up to snuff... but issue unaudited Q2 Fins now, then audited when ready... that would be the best scenario. .. and with no change between the two numbers... All IMO. DYODD.

I hope they go the un-audited route as well, only the annual really needs auditing imo

Not if you want to attract new investors.
