Just got through the part where the moderator asked him if the 40 million AI contract is one and the same as the NDA.....I believe he said yes....so do we have 2 40 million bad boys or 1....I didn't understand his answer

I think there are two 20 million bids because the IDEaS Program is a maximum 20 Million contract for one project .
