Discord thoughts?

As usual, there's little Marshall can tell us on the Discord forum, other than what we already know, but hearing him cover each topic in as much depth as posible always boosts my confidence in the company. 

One concern I had was when he replied to a few questions about the possibility of a buyback, which in previous discussions sounded like the direction the company was leaning. However, I found myself feeling a bit concerned when he started tiptoeing around the topic of a reverse split. Anyone else have an opinion on that part of today's discussion?

To Long101. Interesting to hear your comments. My impression about "reverse split" or similar action was that he was being cautious but said (and I paraphrase) "while I can't tell you anything I wish I could". To me that says the discussions are meaningful and there is something to say. On the balance of the call I was quite disappointed. He spends most of the time telling

I agree, there are decisions in the works re the uplisting and other matters, that they simply can't speak about. But as Marshall goes through the questions, reiterating whatever he can, I think some of us (guilty!) are trying too hard to read between the lines, or to pick up on any slip or wording clue that might indicate something more solid. Personally, I think I just need to relax and let

So I finally had a chance to listen to the discord.  There is certainly a number of people in these discord meetings that don't seem to understand GM's limitations, even though he explains this over and over again.  He's a very patient man, however It must still be very frustrating for him at times.   The most he can do is just explain the process of various procedures

I completely agree with you. Regarding how to rectify the issue of same questions that he cannot talk about without news release, the only solution I can think of is each time someone posts something like "Hello and thanks for coming, please note Mr.Gunter cannot give exact numbers on test kits or cost. Anything that gives you material information in this Discord that another investor would

Marshal has stated numerous times he is personally against a reverse split.  That said, today he did indicate that if there was a stock price per share requirement for an up-list all options, including a reverse split, would be evaluated.   Recognizing that a NAADAQ up-list is at best 2-3 years down the road the most likely exchange is the TSX.  Here is the 2021 TSX Listing

Price is based on earnings per share right so why is a split bad, DM has had back to back earnings and a good chunk in the bank.....I only think spilts are bad when you're some driller looking for that good hole, then splits are bad bad bad.......continuous net earnings which DM should be able to pull off with testing money makes it a good candidate imo

First of all, even if the outstanding shares are fully diluted, the full amount is not that bad.  Please look at other stocks on the TSX etc..  Some have over a billion shares outstanding and DM is no where close to that.  Go take a look at some of the uranium stocks that have taken off.  Look at Denison (DML) for example.  It doesn't seem to effect it's share
