Marshall said that there are issues between Perspectum and the exchange. Marshall stated that they were told they would have an answer by the end of September but still they wait. MG said that there was an issue between tsx and perspectum. He also said that there was nothing DM could do, and that it was up to tsx and perspectum to resolve.

MG also reiterated that the reason DM is interested in perspectum is that DM wants their image processing technology (not their drones) and wants to incorporate that technology with DM's AI. I am guessing that having imaging processing combined with AI would open up new vertical markets for DM.

Yes in previous Agoracom Interview and DeepDives he explained examples of using the Computer Vision AI paired with their current stack. He said they get asked this all the time with many chomping at the bit for the request. For whatever reason he seems to think this is the most efficient way to get that piece they need. Marshall had just stated that HC gave the parties involved just 2 weeks to figure out between them and the exchange how to legitimately provide services wrt testing..
