Yes, it does say they will be updating the market, but again they are not

I agree that DM is likely to have gone ahead with purchases. It makes economic sense in the context where they have the cash and that the sp is depressed. I also don't think it's a monthly requirement to report to shareholders - only to the Exchange -; although U expect a repeat if July, with an announcement coming out shortly.
