That's not true. If you are not in Vancouver you can not access Medi-call services. But it'll be the case when the management accelerates it's rollout availing it nationwide

Not so long, after exhausting Vancouver and the whole of British Columbia succesfully, Medi-call services should be traversing across the nation. This service is so crucial to be limited some regions.
