0.0925 tells me that institutions are buying. They don't have a track record of picking up small amounts of shares like the retail sector. They usually pick up at least a boat load at a time. With less than 134,000 shares traded so far today tells me something else. Is it possible that institutions are quietly allowed to buy large amounts of shares while not moving a share price.
