so for the good part It's less dilution, but on the other hand i guess they don't expect the s.p to hit 0.19$ wihin 2 years???

Considering if all the options were exercised it's very minimal dilution, it appears they no longer want to have "cheap" shares at their disposal.....very disappointing to me.....cancelling these 13 million will keep the share count at 382 million....395 is absolutely no different....the team has spoken they no longer consider buying their own stock as an option to investing.

With this move of canceling the options this shareholder can only hope that to restore confidence in their own stock they collectively start buying in the open market again now.....if I see millions more bought below 19 I'll feel much better about how they feel about things but it's pretty clear they don't see it blasting through 19 anytime soon

Buying in the open market would be appreciated.

Granting options in the first place is a lousy incentive mechanism that never works in the long run. I look at this as positive news and has no bearing whether it's going to hit .19 cents or not. Imho gl all

I agree with you @Kalsabor. As $0.19 aren't an incentive anymore, it's obvious DM managment assumes the stock won't hit anything above $0.19 any time soon. Very disappointing.

I disagree.....this just gets us closer to the upswing to the "TSX"...we just took off another 13M shares out of play!!!!
Comment by swyint123888 on Nov 11, 2022 9:12am
To each their own but for me having 382 or 395 makes zero difference to the exchange or any large investor.....let's just get back to solid revenue related news releases.....it's the only thing that really matters at the end of the day....case in point the news today will do nothing
Comment by scottrose on Nov 11, 2022 9:23am
Agreed let's get some numbers related NR. A few more hopefully before we get the financials.

No worry of dilution when the SP is high. That's awesome

Using BC as an example, it's 360,000 square miles so lets narrow it down to 50,000 that they will service. If they have a cube van every 200 miles they will need 250 to service the region, how long do you think it's gonna take to have 250 trucks on the road, I say at least 3-5 more years. Lets say they have a truck 300 miles apart they will need 166 trucks, lets say they only service 25 ...more
