They're just going to option at 0.085... why sit on .19 when you're comp reviews are likely rolling through in the coming weeks and you can incentivize your staff with a more than doubling of their realized gain potential.

I would be very surprised if you are not correct. They won't see anything wrong with doing this. It's the entitlement philosophy at work.

possible, but usually don't they just reduce the exercice price on the actual options?
