They're just going to option at 0.085... why sit on .19 when you're comp reviews are likely rolling through in the coming weeks and you can incentivize your staff with a more than doubling of their realized gain potential.

Using BC as an example, it's 360,000 square miles so lets narrow it down to 50,000 that they will service. If they have a cube van every 200 miles they will need 250 to service the region, how long do you think it's gonna take to have 250 trucks on the road, I say at least 3-5 more years. Lets say they have a truck 300 miles apart they will need 166 trucks, lets say they only service 25 ...more
