The share price could be in the dollars very quickly after the public launch on Feb. 27. This one's a gamble worth betting.

I see Feb 27 as an introduction or overview of product. As far as launch I am not aware of a date nor cost where by the general public can purchase or access the product. No launch date has been set as far as I know.
