Intergrate AI.
DM needs to hasten intergrating the mental health AI tool to give Medi-Call the edge it needs to compete with the likes of Telus. I see the tool as the addition that can attract more users to try the App.

I have been following this conversation about the race among the medical AI tools closely on Discord and I would like to see if once it's intergrated Medi-Call is more personolized than Telus.

They can, the services are good and using AI will set them apart from the oher telehealth providers.

Integrate and commit to marketing the App via mainstream media. Product quality, uniqueness and reliability grow and promote loyalty IMO

When the time is right. I imagine datametrex's recent job postings for healthcare staff is a solid indication that they need additional staff for organic growth. I imagine the international student population is quite large in Toronto. No sense in advertising if they don't have the staff to meet demand.
