As highlighted by MG in a previous correspondence, TSX has required DM earmark $10M for a graduation from TSXV to TSX. Can't recall the exact terms but, in a nutshell, MG thought DM had better things to do with its cash at this point in time and are considering other options. As such, I wouldn't hold my breath expecting a TSX listing in the near future.

How I understand it, there needs to be a raise of 10 million and MG felt it was not worth the dilution at this point in time.  Most likely will wait for a higher SP so there is less dilution and perhaps combined with a buy back to maximize shareholder value.

It is more likely a 5 to 1 consolidation amendment will be passed, bringing shares to 82 million shares out at approx $0.40 with a PP for the funds than a share buy back would be done to get to the TSX....

@samydude, had you been on this BB for any measure of time or dialed in to any of the past year's Discord calls, you'd know that DM has, repeatedly, iindicated that t has no intention of doing a RS.

I must admit @REsilience19, I only did a cursory look at DM, good volume, posts, saw some fanfare posts, but saw the 400 million shares out and thought "ah another pump stock on the venture"  Only when questioned did I look further and I am thankful to those that did that. I have spun past DM a few times but NEVER decided to look further.... until today. So thanks!

The only way DM will get onto the TSX is when the penny flippers allow the SP to climb up to at least 15 cents and let that be a minimum but they will drag it back down again because they're only interested in making pennies.

depends on your definition of penny flippers. what i wait for is huge funds/volume buying in. penny flippers go for pennies. Example , HC,  pure manipulation by the exchange they are in ,old nero now Cboe, ran it 6 bucks(internally) retailers that bought got caught.  DM  is not being manipulated, just no huge funds , manipulators buying in yet, that's fine, bide your time,and

Agreed,as well this exchange sucks ! However it is my opinion that we have far to many shares in circulation. I do hope they continue to buy back shares when possible especially at this low price.

However there is some Legal Ordinance that only allows them to buy back so many in a Fiscal time frame.   personally I would like to know how they went from $21 mil in cash to $5 mil in 14 months. $4 mil in share buyback still leaves a huge $12 mil?? Anyone have a grasp on where it went? JMHO
