As far as I see 6 cents looks like the number if a financing is coming.

First, all price roads have lead back to the 6 area over the last few months....news be damned.

Last little while we have bookend walls at 5 and 7....today 1.3 million bidding 5 or 5.5 and 1.3 million asking 6.5 or 7.....squeezing 6 for reasons I believe are a financing in the works...I'll take money coming in any way possible at this point....increasing revs being the number 1 choice obviously.....REAL news if it comes could alter this possible outcome....stay tuned....we are certainly due for some real news thats for sure.

A financing would clearly state to me, DM has a bad financial management, as I don't know any smallcap that had $20M cash on the hand and no debts. A dream situation. A managment has to be incompetent to f$#% this up in such a short time.

Also what possible gain does it do a share holder that would like to see their investment grow to point out real or made up insufficiencies. I have never understood that as it is like pi$$ing into the wind. No I will stick with negative comments on a constant basis means alterior motives

One last point since you unbelievably have 4 likes on your post. The person you are defending has been very clear with his intentions at times . He has stated that he has long term shares and short term day trade shares. He said when he is on the hunt for more cheap shares he will state negative things about the company. After he has bought and wants the shares to go up he stops till they are sold

No, you are incorrect again. It is very important to not fall in love with any stock, ask any adviser. It is important to point out deficiencies in a company. Just recently, a large TSX company Algonquin Power lost 60 percent of there share price because of poor management (and yes, other factors were in play). The CEO was pushed out by institutions and the BOD.  I believe MG is a poor
