The changes being announced this week are supposed help avoid bankrupsy, so they will "still be around in 10 years". An RS, well, that would be nearly as bad.

I know this has been a difficult day for everyone. I believe we will see a management change in the near future, whether that includes MG is something we will know soon. Whether MG is still CEO or he steps down and the BOD picks a new CEO, we will need to do a financing regardless of that outcome.
