Just had a look at the link provided on the annoucment for Sariel... It's basically a one page website done on "Godaddy" that can be put in place in a few minutes.

So to me, paying these many millions shares for a startup company (just incorporated in June 2023) with no product on th market and a lousy website, is just unjustified dilution that requires some explaining from management!

There is NO connection between ThreeD Capital and DM (the purchase of Cereal Crunch). That they have invested in Sariel, nominally I might add, provides NO connection or interest in the LOI for Cereal Crunch.  In fact I wish there was a direct connection as the CEO of ThreeD Capital has an incredible resume.
