In February 2024 DM put out a financing for 50M shares & warrants at 2 cents and it closed near the end of February for the full 50M shares@ $1M in total. On June 13 they initiated another PP for 75M units at 2 cents and have now announced the completion of a 'first' tranche of 32.275M. i.e.not quite half.($645,500)  I did not see an expected date for closing of the final tranche

Well as they say in poker. As long as you have a chip and a seat. Well it appears we still have A chip and a very weak and unstable seat but a seat non the less lol.

And it looks like the investor's from the February PP are selling at a loss.

WHAT are you talking about? In the most recent and last private placements insiders purchased 10% of the shares. Do the math!!! As for your assumption that those involved in the last PP are the ones selling at a loss ...give me a break. What crystal ball are you using to prove that? With the respect deserved you might want to reign in your wild speculations. * insiders buying into private
