DME purchases land for processing facility

DME purchases land for processing facility (NOTE--they're now talking about 60-70 wells)

VancouverBritish Columbia — DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY CORP.  (the “Company”) (TSX.V: DME, U.S. OTC: DMEHF, Frankfurt: QM01) From the President of the Company.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has purchased acreage in the central portion of the Holbrook Basin, on which to build out the initial processing facility and solar plant for green power. Although the 40 acres is significantly larger than currently planned facilities would require, it will provide an enhanced buffer from the nearest business, located approximately one mile south.

Longer-term (4-5 years) the Company’s fully realized development plans of 60-70 wells would utilize a total of three mobile processing facilities, situated to optimize production efficiencies. Additionally, the Company has taken proactive steps in ordering specific components of the processing units, which have the longest lead time for delivery to ensure the on-time startup of our processing facilities in the fourth quarter of 2021.
