Maybe this is just the previous leaseholder trying to gain advantage of the work that DME has done on the property. If so, then DME should aggressively pursue a resolution. Seek damages for the drop in shareprice, the loss in confidence, and the costs associated with any delays in the project.
These legal issues can drag on and on. So frustrating given the otherwise positives regarding drilling, plant construction, and potential customers.
